I listened to a lot of really great music this year. More than ever I really believe if someone claims “there just isn’t any good music coming out now” well, they just aren’t listening.
And, here we go.

So here we go. Without fanfare or acclaim, I hereby launch this, my humble MP3 blog, with a magnificent track by David Byrne & Brian Eno. This is a remarkable album by two men who are making great music at an age when most other artists have not been able. I read a glowing review of this album, clicked on over to their site, let their album player rumble my eardrums for a few minutes and promptly purchased the album. It has taken me on a trip of discovery through the Talking Heads catalog (I know, where have I been?) and reinforced by admiration of Mr. Eno.
Also, I stole the title for this blog from a lyric in this song – my favorite from the album. Enjoy.
