Here’s an old track that I recently discovered. I think it came out in 1984. It’s got that 80′s pop-synth feel that I think ruined a lot of other artists, like David Bowie and Mick Jagger. But somehow, here it really works for me. The album has a Joni Mitchell meets the Talking Heads kind of feel. Plus, it doesn’t suffer from the inane lyrics that plagued so much of the music I’m complaining about. Great find.
